The annual Student Life Awards recipients were announced on May 28, 2025 at the May Student Life divisional luncheon. Student Life Awards are annually presented to recognize staff for their hard work and dedication to the division mission and the student experience.

Rev. Mark Duntley Award
Recognizes an individual for excellent administrative and professional performance that enhances the functioning of an office and helps achieve the goals of the division.
Michelle Callahan, Director, Health Promotion and Wellness
Medallion Award
Recognizes an emerging professional who consistently goes above and beyond in their efforts to support the student experience.

Team Award
Recognizes a Student Life department or working group who created a team environment of collaborative relationships, brought a spirit of inclusion to all that they do, demonstrated a commitment to values of diversity, and strived to cultivate the best student experience.
Jessica Carron, Assistant Dean of Students, Community Accountability & Conflict Education
Excellence in Innovation Award
Recognizes an individual whose exceptional innovative and creative initiatives enhance the Division of Student Life.
Joseph Rosevear, Assistant Controller, Office of Business and Finance
Partner Award
Recognizes a staff or faculty member outside of the Division of Student Life who has contributed to the Division’s goals and objectives through collaboration, involvement and partnership.
Recipients were nominated from within the division and selected by the Office of the Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students.

ALL are invited to sign up! If you are interested in contributing to the fair as an informal group or student organization, you should sign up through the General Volunteer sign-up.

PCUN Christmas Toy Drive
The Center for Social Change and the Bridge Builders Cohort are requesting your help in aiding PCUN, a civil rights organization that supports immigrant workers and their families. Come rally in support of our immigrant community members by donating a Christmas gift! Let’s show our community partners that L&C is here to bring some joy and hope this holiday season.
PCUN holds a yearly toy drive for kids in need and is asking for support for kids aged 10-13, who can get passed over during the holiday season as younger kids are often prioritized. Gifts requested include:
-Shoes
-Headphones
-Bath towels
-Blankets
-Books
-Skin care kits
-Board games
-Gift cards
-Balls (soccer/football)
-Skateboards
-Bluetooth speakers
-Planners/agendas
-Water bottles
-Art kits
-Backpacks
