Hailey Bossert, MEd.

Temporary Director of the Office of Community Accountability & Conflict Education.

Originally from San Diego, CA, Hailey graduated from Lynchburg College in Virginia with a major in Communication Studies and minors in Spanish and International Relations. She has also recently graduated from Lewis & Clark School of Counseling with a Master’s of Education in School Counseling. While in school she was part of the Bonner Leader Program, which was an Americorps program where she grew her dedication to social justice and helping others through working with several nonprofit organizations. Following graduation, Hailey worked for Public Relations and Marketing agencies and after a few years, felt she wanted to have a more direct impact in helping others. She is excited to be going back to school to pursue a Master’s degree in School Counseling where she can create a safe space for students and help improve their overall well-being. In her free time, Hailey enjoys spending time in nature, going on hikes, dancing at concerts and music festivals, and practicing yoga.
