I’ve been at Lewis & Clark College for four years, and have spent more than 17 years working professionally with college and university residential programs at both public and private institutions. My current and past work includes learning community design, program assessment, leadership and team building, emergency management, and diversity initiatives. I hold an interdisciplinary doctorate in Psychology, Communication, and Social Work from the University of Washington, and a Master’s in Education from the University of Vermont.
