Bio
My name is Lily, and I am from Tucson, Arizona. I am a double major in Political Science and Studio Art — a combination that allows me to explore my love of portraiture, celebrating individuals through art, while understanding the messy and convoluted political/social environment that we inhabit. I have been exploring the intersection of these fields in various ways; for instance, I wrote, illustrated, and published a children’s book titled To Plant a Seed that emphasizes the importance of environmental protection and compassion for others! I am excited to carry my interest in these disciplines beyond Lewis and Clark and into society, where I hope to drive positive change in the lives of marginalized individuals.
Activities
I am a member of the L&C Varsity Rowing team, and I am a Peer-Tutor at the Writing Center.
