Elle is a technologist focused on the Salesforce platform. She empowers public and social impact organizations with sound and scalable technical solutions to achieve their immediate needs and their long-term technology vision. With over 15 years of experience in delivering complex, global IT, Salesforce, and business analytics solutions, she’s a seasoned professional with 30+ certifications and a passion for innovation and impact. Elle has presented at Dreamforce and other technology conferences.

Elle currently leads Slalom’s Global Salesforce Education Cloud practice and supports clients in the public and social impact space. Before Slalom, she worked for Salesforce.org and Cloud for Good, where her pioneering work led to a Dave Perry Innovation Award. She has also consulted for a wide range of organizations, from Nike and Sonos to MIT and University of Pennsylvania. She has also spent time serving local nonprofits, including Ecotrust, the Oregon Humane Society, Rose Haven and KairosPDX.

She is a Lewis & Clark graduate and former staff member at the law school’s EarthRise environmental law clinic (formerly Pacific Environmental Advocacy Center). Elle holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology. She lives in Portland with her wife and two boys.
