Sam (he/him) serves as the Assistant Director of Student and Employer Engagement at the Career Center. Graduating from New York University with a bachelor’s degree and earning a Master’s in Student Affairs from UCLA, Sam has cultivated a career dedicated to equity and access in higher education and the workforce. With a foundation rooted in experiences at the Posse Foundation, followed by roles as a Coordinator of UCLA’s Undocumented Student Program and an Assistant Director of Admissions at the University of Southern California, Sam has consistently championed the creation of supportive environments. Beyond the professional sphere, he draws inspiration from the simplicity of a cup of coffee and finds solace in the timeless rhythms of 90’s R&B.
