A Legacy of Impact: Gift Planning for Family and Charitable Causes2 - 2:45 p.m. Join Assistant Vice President for Advancement Rebecca Holt ’01 as we explore ways to take care of your family and support charitable causes while accommodating your own personal, financial, estate-planning, and philanthropic goals. With smart planning, you may actually increase the size of your estate and/or reduce the tax burden on your heirs. We will discuss gifts that pay you income, gifts that are tax-wise, and even gifts that cost nothing now and leave a lasting legacy for the future.

Consider a Writing Practice - with Emeritus Professor Kim Stafford 4 - 4:45 p.m. A self-directed writing practice can harvest treasure, reduce stress, transform regret into story, and generally befriend the creative life. In this session, we will share resources for being curious with a pen on the page, and give this practice a try.

Watzek Library Atrium This exhibit explores the student body’s reactions to the symposium over the years, 1965 to the present. This exhibit was curated by students Natalia Juliano ’29 and Santiago Gonzales Longhino ’25.

Young Alumni Social 5:30 - 7 p.m. Estate Gardens
Alumni who have graduated since 2016 are invited to mix and mingle at the Young Alumni Social. We will have special acknowledgement of the Class of 2020 whose on-campus studies were cut short, and whose graduation was virtual, due to the pandemic.
LGBTQ and Allies Drag Bingo 8 - 10 p.m. Trail Room
Come play a classic game of bingo with some classy Drag Queens! In celebration of Pride month, the whole L&C community is welcome to attend, this event is for everyone to have fun, and engage with both student and local Drag artists. Lets spread the love and play the night away!

Alumni of Color Reception 2:45 - 4 p.m. Come engage with your fellow alumni from the BIPOC community as we work to strengthen our alumni of color network at Lewis & Clark. Find out about the Lewis & Clark Black Alumni Association, the Lewis & Clark Native Alumni Association and other initiatives to strengthen our diverse alumni communities. This event will also include a special Juneteenth Commemoration from 3:30 to 4 pm. All are welcome.

Aaron will be accompanied by a pianist, and is prepared to blow your socks off with a night of Rock n Roll! Aaron’s style of performance blends his classical training with a passion for rock music.

Pickleball! 9 - 10:30 Start your Sunday with a rousing game of America’s fasting growing sport. Born on Bainbridge Island, right here in the Pacific Northwest, Pickleball is a racket sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong. There will be open courts and Athletics Advancement Officer Doug Lennox, OLY, will be available in case newbies would like some help. Equipment will be available if needed.
