L&C Peer Collective Leadership

Building off President Holmes-Sullivan’s vision to create community and a network of support among current and emerging peer leaders, the Peer Collective Leadership program is an opportunity for current and emerging student leaders to come together in support of each other.

Presented as a series of workshops and events throughout the year, students will have the opportunity to attend sessions that fit their schedules. Students who attend a total of TEN sessions and/or workshops over the course of one year (but no more than two) will have successfully completed the program and be invited to a celebratory dinner as well as receive a special academic cord for graduation.

Session Topics

  • Intercultural communication
  • Goals and staying organized
  • Marketing events and building community
  • Difficult conversations
  • Leading your peers
  • Developing your leadership resume and skills
