Changing your beneficiary designations is surprisingly straightforward and relatively hassle-free.

  1. Simply contact your retirement plan administrator for a change of beneficiary form.
  2. Decide what percentage you would like Lewis & Clark to receive.
  3. Name us, along with the percentage you chose, on the beneficiary form.
  4. Return the form to your plan administrator and keep a copy with your will or other estate planning records.
