Japan Club

Japan Club’s mission statement is to provide a safe platform for students who are
interested in the Japanese Language and Culture to connect with students who are from
Japan. We provide activities and community builders for students to interact with each
other and create a community that will encourage the development of mutually beneficial
friendships. The events that we also create are educational in terms of providing
information of cultural and traditional foods and holidays that are normally held in Japan.
Japan Club also aims to increase diversity and inclusivity on Lewis & Clark College
Campus by providing a place for Japanese international students and four-year students to
feel at home, as well.
