Lewis & Clark Men’s Rugby seeks to bring a competitive rugby team to the college. We compete in the Northwest Collegiate Rugby Conference playing teams all over the Pacific Northwest that range from small colleges to state universities. We encourage anyone and everyone to come out and give rugby a try regardless of ability or prior experience. There is a place for every type of person on the rugby pitch. We practice on a bi-weekly basis throughout the year while participating in a 7s season in the fall and a 15s season in the spring.
Our goal is to provide a community for individuals on campus to come together and learn
proper techniques for playing rugby and build confidence and leadership skills. Rugby is an
extremely inclusive sport where all different kinds of people and experience levels are
welcome. We foster an environment that promotes positive attitudes, sportsmanship,
respect, and dignity on and off the field. We give students a place to comfortably express
themselves and have a feeling of belonging within the greater rugby community.
