We welcome your entire family to join the fun! If you plan to stay on-campus in a residence hall, please head to our housing page and read the “Bringing your children?” section. 

On-leash dogs, cats, and other critters are welcome to enjoy the grounds and outdoor events, provided they behave nicely. Pets are not allowed inside buildings. Service and support animals are welcome everywhere.

When you register for Alumni Weekend 2026 (available in February), you will have a chance to report any dietary restrictions or preferences you may have.  We will pass on all dietary requests to Bon Appetit, our on-campus catering, or any other vendors we use for food service. Please contact our office at 503.768.7950 or reunions@lclark.edu if you have dietary needs that you did not note at the time you registered. We will do our best to accommodate but we may not be able to accommodate extreme and very specific food requests. Food will be very clearly labeled with ingredients at events and meals. There are always vegetarian, and gluten-free options at events and meals.

Everyone is welcome and we strive to make the campus as accessible as possible! We will have an accessibility map available at check-in and here online. Many campus buildings are ADA-compliant. There are a number of spots on campus reserved specifically for guests with ADA parking permits. Some paths on campus are not accessible, and some older buildings do not have wheelchair access, elevators, or accessible bathrooms. Campus is large and can be tricky to navigate. We recommend that alumni with mobility limitations bring a friend or family member to assist.

You are welcome to use your contact information for your guests and children, however, please note that we will have no way of contacting them for event confirmations and/or event changes.

Yes we welcome you to stay on campus with us during Alumni Weekend. For questions, please contact Amanda Valley at avalley@lclark.edu.

We will be offering a variety of on-campus housing options, including apartment doubles and quads in East Hall, and housing in the remodeled Odell Hall.

Odell is air conditioned. East Hall is not air conditioned but you can open windows and  - if needed - we can supply a fan.

A number of other hotels in the metro area offer a Lewis & Clark discount. Please visit this page for a list of hotels, the special rate(s) offered, and instructions on how to book a room with the discount!

Yes, parking is free for the duration of Alumni Weekend. Please follow all campus signs regarding not parking in loading zones, fire lanes, and reserved spots. There are a number of  spots on campus reserved specifically for guests with Disabled Person Parking Permits. Cars parked inappropriately may be ticketed. 

Casual dress is appropriate at Alumni Weekend events.

Yes! All Lewis & Clark College alumni and their families are welcome to attend Alumni Weekend ANY year! We ask that you use the general registration to register or the registration for the class closest to yours.

Class Giving is the way for you and your classmates to give thanks for your L&C education and make a significant impact in the lives of current and future Lewis & Clark Students! We encourage participation from all, and contributions of all sizes are welcome and appreciated. Gifts may be allocated according to personal preference.
