Other Campus Housing Information:

All guests staying in any residence hall must fill out the Alumni Weekend emergency contact form.

You will pick up an access card and key for each person when you arrive on campus at Alumni Weekend check in, which should be your first stop when you arrive on campus. Check-in is located on the top floor of the Fowler Student Center (previously Templeton). You may park in the Akin residence hall lot temporarily while you check-in. The Akin lot is accessed by Gate #4 on the campus map.

If you are planning to arrive on campus during a time when Alumni Weekend Check-in is closed for the night, please alert Amanda Valley at avalley@lclark.edu or 503-768-7941 as soon as possible.

When you are ready to depart campus, you will need to turn in your key and your access card. Missing access cards incur a $50 fine and missing keys a $200 fine.

Please note that guests are responsible for any damages that occur and that no pets are allowed in on-campus housing.

Parents will need to take full responsibility for the safety and proper arrangements for their children. You understand that by accepting accommodations at one of the Lewis & Clark residence halls you are accepting responsibility for your safety and well being and that of your children, and agree to hold Lewis & Clark, its employees, officers, trustees and agents harmless for any injury to person or damage to property you or your child may suffer, unless caused by the negligence or intentional conduct of Lewis & Clark or an employee or agent of Lewis & Clark.
