Through internships and post-graduate careers, Lewis & Clark students and alumni are helping the Portland Pickles baseball team thrive.

Have a culture you would want to share? Want to play a part in the annual International Fair? Join us as a Region Chair or General Volunteer (Country Representative) to make the 61st International Fair unforgettable!

ALL are invited to sign up! If you are interested in contributing to the fair as an informal group or student organization, you should sign up through the General Volunteer sign-up.

The Center for Social Change and the Bridge Builders Cohort are requesting your help in aiding PCUN, a civil rights organization that supports immigrant workers and their families. Come rally in support of our immigrant community members by donating a Christmas gift! Let’s show our community partners that L&C is here to bring some joy and hope this holiday season.

PCUN holds a yearly toy drive for kids in need and is asking for support for kids aged 10-13, who can get passed over during the holiday season as younger kids are often prioritized. Gifts requested include:

-Shoes
-Headphones
-Bath towels
-Blankets
-Books
-Skin care kits
-Board games
-Gift cards
-Balls (soccer/football)
-Skateboards
-Bluetooth speakers
-Planners/agendas
-Water bottles

The Nest is now open in Roberts 112, offering CAS students free access to essential items like non-perishable food, hygiene products, and clothing.

Pre-Group Appointments Available Now: The Student Counseling Center is offering a weekly therapy group next semester (starting in early February) for people who have experienced sexual trauma, “Healing from Unwanted Sexual Experiences”.  

The student newspaper’s recent slate of state awards—along with a national ranking from The Princeton Review—attest to the team’s talents, grit, versatility, and sense of community.

On November 4, Information Technology will launch a new guest Wi-Fi network named LC Guest, to eventually replace the current PIONET Guest network. The PIONET Guest network will be turned off on January 5, 2026.

Lewis & Clark swimmer Ezra Billings BA ’26 was named the Oregon Small College Men’s Collegiate Athlete of the Year by Sport Oregon. A native of Fairbanks, Alaska, Billings won four events at the Northwest Conference Championship Meet and became the first L&C student to win Northwest Conference Men’s Swimmer of the Year honors.

The river otter, beloved for its scrappiness, teamwork, and Pacific Northwest roots, is officially Lewis & Clark’s new mascot. The adorable, semiaquatic mammal emerged as the top choice among students, alumni, and employees.

In the Princeton Review’s 2026 guide, Lewis & Clark appears among the nation’s top 391 colleges and received high marks for most beautiful campus (No. 9), most politically active students (No. 13), and best college newspaper (No. 19).
