What three words would you use to describe L&C?
What’s your favorite class? Why?
Right now I’m enjoying Abnormal Psychology with Visiting Professor Kate Schoeneman. I enjoy learning about mental disorders, and Prof. Schoeneman has stories from her career that help give context and feeling/reality to the disorders we discuss.
What made you want to come to Lewis & Clark?
It worked out financially, but I do enjoy the school size and professor engagement you get from smaller classes. I also felt like this was the closest looking to home I could ever get from a university and it made me feel more at home here.
What do you like or find most interesting about your major?
I enjoy psychology, and I find mental disorders/behaviors the most interesting.
What do you like or find most interesting about your minor?
I love my neuroscience minor because it shows me the physiology of a mental disorder/behavior. I also like the aspect of the unknown that’s in it. The possibilities of finding something new are right around the corner.
How did your financial aid package influence your decision to attend Lewis & Clark?
If it wasn’t for the financial aid I received from Lewis & Clark, I would not have been able to go to college. It was by far the best offer out of everywhere I applied and made my career/education goals much more attainable. Financial aid greatly influenced my decision to come here due to my own financial background.
