We’re here to make sure you have a fantastic reunion. Please browse our guest guide to check out important information for your time on campus!
Reunion Assistants (your friendly, orange-polo-wearing student staff) are always available to help. Just flag one down and they will help you or direct you to someone with the necessary information.

Alumni Weekend Check In
When you arrive on campus, this should be your first stop! Pick up your nametag, with your personalized event schedule on the back, at the main entrance of the Fowler Student Center (previously Templeton). You may enter campus using Gate #4 or #5 (see our campus map).
Check In times:
Thursday, 3 - 8 p.m.
Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday, 8:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Sunday, 8:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Parking
Parking is free during Alumni Weekend. Please be respectful of all campus signs indicating no parking/loading zones, fire lanes, and reserved spots. There are a number of spots on campus for guests with disabled person parking permits. Cars parked inappropriately will be ticketed.
Guests who are being dropped off at Fowler for check in should have the vehicle enter through through Gate #4 and use the Stewart loop (located across from Fowler) to turn around and depart campus back through Gate #4. Non-college vehicles are prohibited from driving across the Fowler crosswalk.
Bookstore Hours
- Thursday: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Friday: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Saturday: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
- Sunday: Closed for business
Dining Hours and Locations
Fields Dining Hall will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout reunion weekend.
Fields Dining Hours:
- Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
- Lunch: 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
- Dinner: 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
- Brunch with Bubbly 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Purchase admission here.
- Dinner: 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
- Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
- President’s Lunch 12 - 1:30 p.m. Purchase admission here.
Pricing:
- $11 for Breakfast
- $15.65 for Lunch or Dinner
On-Campus Housing
On-Campus housing is available in Odell Residence Hall and East Apartments.
