Standard Enrollment Verification

Official verification. No fee. More quickly processed than other verifications.

What is a Standard Enrollment Verification?

It is an official verification of a student’s enrollment and displays the following student information:

  • name and address
  • date of birth
  • academic level (undergraduate)
  • major
  • semester, number of credits, and status (full-time, part-time, etc)
  • GPA (optional and must be requested)

The document also includes:

  • the Registrar’s signature
  • issue date
  • the College Seal.

What can it be used for?

The document is typically accepted as proof of enrollment by any organization that needs such verification, including:

  • scholarships
  • auto insurance discounts (if the optional student GPA is included)
  • child support
  • employment
  • jury duty exemption
  • and many other requests for proof of enrollment

How and where can it be sent?

  • PDF – emailed to the student, or to another person (be sure to include the person’s email address)
  • hardcopy – kept for pick-up in the Registrar’s office (bring photo ID)
  • hardcopy - mailed to recipient (note that international mailing may incur additional fees)

Please note that we cannot verify enrollment before the semester begins.  If you submit a request before the semester begins, it will clearly state that you are pre-registered for classes, rather than enrolled.

How can I order one?

Log into Self-Service and click on the Enrollment Verification tile on the home page. Alternately, you can use the hamburger menu, and search under the Academics menu.
