- Session I: May 18 - June 26
- Session II: June 29 - August 7
- Summer 2026 course registration will open on March 16, 2026 on Self-Service. Visit our registration page for more detailed instructions.
- The Summer Sessions course schedule will be available on Self-Service in early January
Take Summer Classes at Lewis & Clark College
Our summer session provides current students and community members the opportunity to take courses from expert faculty on our scenic campus. We offer two, six-week sessions with offerings spanning across academic interests.
For Current L&C Students
Our summer session is a fantastic way to finish up credits that you need for your major, complete a minor, finish General Education requirements, or simply expand your academic interests.
To find how summer courses can help you meet General Education requirements, search by “Course Type” on Self-Service or refer to the General Education page for courses that meet your specific catalog year requirements. Please see the catalog for your specific year.
For Community Members and Alumni
Welcome! We’re excited that you’re interested in taking a summer course. You can view our summer 2026 course list on Self Service without a current L&C login.
- Select the term “CAS - Summer 2026.”
- Check the “Open Sections Only” box at the bottom of the search page.
- Click “Search.” You can further refine your search by choosing other filter options.
Please note that the summer sessions offerings will not be available until January each year.
