How to Register: Current Lewis & Clark Students

Lewis & Clark students may register for Summer Sessions using Self-Service.

Be sure that you have Advisor Approval issued on or after March 9, 2026.

Please see the Registrar’s online registration instructions for details on how to plan and register via Self-Service.  When viewing the course schedule online, be sure to look at the section number and dates for the course.  Sessions I and II are combined and appear in order of course number.

Lewis & Clark College Summer Session courses are open to everyone in our community.

Find Summer Courses at L&C

To view a summer 2026 course list without a Lewis & Clark username and password, follow this link: Search for Sections.

Select the Term “CAS - Summer 2026” and check the “Open Sections Only” box at the bottom of the search page. Click “Search.”  You can further refine your search by using other filter options.

Please note that the summer sessions offerings will not be available until January each year.

Register for Your Courses

Print out and complete the Summer 2026 Registration and Payment Form.

Registrations may also be hand-delivered to the CAS Registrar’s Office during open office hours. The office is located in the Fowler Student Center, first floor south, and is open as described on the CAS Registrar’s website.

Tuition and Fees

Summer tuition and fees are due upon registration.  Please note that we will not be able to register students for class until payment is received.  New students will receive confirmation of their registration by email, if an email address is provided on the registration form.

When to Register

Registration opens March 16, 2026. Early registration is encouraged. If there is not sufficient registration at least one week prior to the beginning of the course, the class will be canceled and students notified by email. Students will have the option of obtaining a refund or registering for a different course.

Registration and participation in Summer Sessions does not constitute admission to any degree-granting program of the College.

Summer Session Policies and Procedures

Course Levels

Courses numbered 100-299 are lower-division; those numbered 300-499 are upper-division undergraduate courses.

Final Examinations

Final Examinations are administered on the last day of class unless otherwise specified by the instructor.

Cancellation

A course with insufficient enrollment may be canceled. In such an event, students may receive a refund or register for a different course. The College reserves the right to cancel or modify any course and to change dates, times, and instructors as necessary.
