Fall 2025 Late Stays and Spring 2026 Early Arrivals
- Late stays are for extenuating circumstances that prevent the student from being able to leave campus on the designated move-out day. Late stay requests are approved if the student is part of a group that requires them to be on-campus after the move-out date, if they have unanticipated travel plan changes, financial concerns regarding travel costs, and/or family assistance timing conflicts. We do not approve late stays for convenience, for the purposes of attending graduation (as a non-graduating student) in the Spring, a request to stay late on the day of move out but not overnight, or because a roommate has an approved late stay. Additionally, late stays may not be approved if they overlap with winter or summer housing. Each late stay request will be evaluated on an individual basis.
