Early Arrivals and Late Stays

Spring 2025 Late Stays

The halls close for Spring 2025 12pm on May 9, 2025. We consider a Spring Late Stay as needing housing between 12pm on Friday May 9, 2025 through 12pm on Sunday, May 11th, 2025. 

If you need to remain on campus past 12pm on May 11th, we consider this Summer Break housing and you must apply for summer break housing. 

• We do not approve same day late stays (staying later in the day past 12pm but not overnight) on Friday, May 9th. 
• The approved late stay fee is $30 per night and will be charged to your student account.
• We will start collecting late stay submissions on Monday, April 7th, 2025.
• Students must request a late stay. Late stay approval must come from our office (living@lclark.edu) prior to your late stay. A charge of $30/night will be applied to your student account for approved late stays.
• Students requesting a late stay must complete the Late Stay Request Form by May 5, 2025. Late stays that are requested and approved after May 5, 2025 will incur an additional $25 processing fee
• Unapproved late stays will carry a charge of $150/day late.

Fall 2025 Early Arrivals

• For Fall 2025, halls open for residents on Sunday, August 31st 9am.
• We define a Fall 2025 early arrival as needing room access from Wednesday, August 27th through Sunday, August 31st. 
• We will start collecting early arrival submissions in August 2025. 
• Early Arrival request must occur at least one week before the requested early arrival date. Requests submitted less than one week in advance of the requested arrival date is subjected to an expedited charge fee if approved. Any submissions after this date and time are not guaranteed to be reviewed.
• Students must request an early arrival. Early arrival approval must come from our office (living@lclark.edu) prior to your early arrival to campus. A charge of $30/night will be applied to student account for approved early arrivals.
• Unapproved early arrivals will carry a charge of $150/day early you have arrived.
