Returning Residents
-
- All residents are required to pick up their key before moving into their room
- Please check in at the Odell Annex on Sunday, August 31st between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM to collect your room key
- If you will arrive outside of these hours, please email living@lclark.edu to arrange an after hours key pick up.
Room Condition Verification
After students are checked in for housing, they will need to complete a Room Condition Verification. This process is simple (5-10 minutes) and can be done on a computer or mobile device.
Prior to your arrival, Campus Living staff enters each room space and notes the condition of each item in the room. Once you have arrived and moved-in, it is your turn to verify that the inventory of items in your room, and their condition, have been properly recorded by Campus Living. This process informs what Campus Living looks for during your future move-out inspection. This is how we assess furniture and room damage and maintenance needs, as well as how we determine what residents will be held responsible for.
Campus Living is located in Odell Annex on the Undergraduate Campus.
