Why Live On-Campus in Summer?

• The campus is beautiful.
• You get to live in the campus apartments in 4- and 2-bedroom units; all eligibility rules are waived for the summer.
• Every summer resident gets a single room.
• You can cook your meals
• You have a place to “hang-out” or take a nap between your classes

What you need to know about Summer Housing

• Campus housing for the summer is available to LC undergraduate students, whether they are taking classes, working on campus, interning in Portland, or wish to stay during the summer.
• Bon Appétit and Dining Services will be limited over the summer; summer meal plans are not offered to summer residents.
• The Pio Express does not operate over the summer but the Trimet does.
• There are 3 summer Resident Advisors who live in the apartments over the summer. They will plan and host events for summer residents. 

Cost + Contracts

• We book and charge students for summer housing by the week. Weeks start on Sundays and end on Saturdays.
• Summer housing is $195 per week. Charges will be placed on student accounts.
• If you move-in or move-out of summer housing mid-week, you will still be charged for the entire week’s cost of housing.
• There is a $200 Summer Housing Deposit.

  • Mail Service
  • Pamplin Sports Center
  • As always, Campus Safety is open 24/7, 365

Week 1: May 9-17 - Only available to Spring 2025 residents.

May 16-18: Spring residents transition to summer apartments

Week 3: May 25-31

Week 4: June 1-7

Week 5: June 8-14

Week 6: June 15-21

Week 7: June 22 - 28

Week 8: June 29-July 5

Week 9: July 6-12

Week 10: July 13-19

Week 11: July 20-26

Week 12: July 27- August 2

Week 13: August 3-9 - Last week of summer housing for those without a Fall 2025 contract.

Interim Summer Housing- Week 14: August 10-16- Only for students who are Fall 2025 residents.

Interim Summer Housing- Week 15: August 17-23 - Only for students who are Fall 2025 residents.

Interim Summer Housing- Week 16: August 24-30 - Only for students who are Fall 2025 residents.
