Applying for Housing: Returning Students

 

February 28, 2025

• Application Phase** Opens

  • At noon on February 28th, housing applications for 2025-2026 will go live on our housing portal.
  • Phase 1 of Housing Application includes:
    • Signing the contract, reviewing personal information, and reviewing housing updates for 2025-26
    • Paying the Housing Deposit. Learn how to pay the housing deposit here.

**The Application Phase must be completed by March 31st, 2025 at 11:59pm PST to be considered on-time.

Required to live on campus for 2025-26	NOT Required to live on campus for 2025-26
Required residents who do not complete the Application Phase on-time will be given a Room Selection timeslot for the final day of room selection. However, they will be eligible for roommate group building.	While Campus Living expects to be able to accommodate all interested not required students for the 2025-26 academic year, students who are not required to live on campus for the 2025-26 academic year who do not complete the Application Phase on time will (1) NOT be eligible to participate in the Roommate Building phase, (2) will NOT be eligible to participate in Room Selection

• Living Learning Community Applications Open

  • Living Learning Community (LLC) applications will go live on February 28th. You can learn more about the LLCs and the application process here.

March 31

• Priority Housing Application Deadline**

  • Deadline to complete the Application Phase on the housing portal

  • Deadline to pay your $200 housing deposit

• Deadline to submit your Living Learning Community Application

April 4-10

• Living Learning Community (LLC) Offer Acceptance

  • LLC offers will be sent to students during the week of April 4th. Students must accept their LLC offer by April 10th.

April 7-14

• Roommate Building Phase

  • Phase 2 of the Housing Application includes: 
    • Roommate Search
    • Roommate Group Building

April 11

• Housing Accommodation Process must be completed by April 11

  • Students seeking a housing or dining accommodation for the 2025-26 period must complete the documentation process with the Office of Student Accessibility (OSA) by April 11th in order for their accommodation needs to be met during room selection. Learn more about housing accommodations here. Students approved for accommodations after 4/11/2025 will be placed on a waiting list for their accommodation and the Office of Campus Living will place students into housing that meets their accommodations as space becomes available.
